HOW DO I ORDER?
Select your size, select ADD TO CART, Continue shopping our select CHECKOUT, follow the checkout process.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all payments through PayPal. If you do not have a Paypal account, there is a "Check out without an account" On the Paypal login screen. This will allow you to use a credit card, debit card or eCheque.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide. You select your country in the checkout process.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout. We combine postage if you purchase multiple items.
Free UK postage on orders over £50.
Free International postage on orders of £75.
A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?
Not all stocks are replaced when out of stock. If you would like a size that is out of stock, please contact us and we will let you know whether it will be restocked.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Unworn items (excluding damaged items) can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us regarding any returns or replacements. If a product is faulty, it may be exchanged for a new product (subject to availability) which will be shipped at no additional charge.
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR ITEMS?
We only use American Apparel products, which are top quality and ethically produced in Downtown LA.
